On either side of the head, 2 "8/8"- cut diamonds are set on platinum. The ring is wide, thick, gadrooned and joins the head by a loop and double link pattern. Weight of the main diamond : 0.45 carat approximately. Total weight of the 2 diamonds : 0.08 carat approximately. This impressive French diamond engagement ring has been crafted in platinum. The 0.53Ct old European round cut diamond is held in relief in an eight claw / prong, pierced decorated, elevated basket setting embellished with a fluted border. The elevated, pierced decorated ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the platinum hallmarked shank. The exterior of the shank is struck with the French dog's head hallmark. This antique solitaire ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate. Condition The diamond ring is fine quality, set with a very high color graded old cut diamond.
