Set centrally with a round natural saltwater pearl in a closed back half drilled setting, approximately 5.5 x 5.6 x 4.5mm in size, further decorated with eight calibré cut natural emeralds in open in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.20 carats, further set with sixteen round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.16 carats, flanked further with two round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.06 carats.
