Fine Edwardian 3.28ctw GIA COLOMBIA Green Emerald and OLD European Cut Diamond 18K Platinum Ring.
A brilliant blueberry-blue faceted round sapphire is accompanied east and west and north and south by pairs of bright-white and sparkling European-cut diamonds. The five bezel-set stones are supported by glittering rose-cut diamond-set ribbons emerging from the diagonal bypass ring shank. A distinctively stunning Edwardian-era delight (circa first or second decade of the twentieth century), hand fabricated in platinum over 18K yellow gold.
This Fine Bright Green Emerald and Diamond Ring is the prefect example of early Edwardian designs, and the most desirable and rare by any true antique collector.

A SUPER RARE Authentic European made CIRCA 1900s ring hand fabricated in platinum over 18K yellow gold (tested) comes to USA from Europe.
The center of attention is a gorgeous Bright, Mesmerizing Transparent and Fiery glowing Natural Intense Medium Green Color Colombian Emerald ( estimated 1.50ct ).
It is GIA Certified with some super minor treatment, common for all Natural Emeralds as indicated on the GIA Report and typical small, some surface reaching inclusions. GREAT CUT and AMAZING BRILLIANCE and glow! Incredible color and clarity!
The beautiful prong-set emerald is accompanied east and west and north and south by bright-white and sparkling European and Mine cut diamonds. The ten bezel-set stones are supported by glittering Old mine and rose-cut diamonds emerging from the ring shank, weighing 1.38ct total in G-H-I color, VS-SI clarity Mounted in collet-bezel.
Unusually High Quality for that period! The Diamonds are a BALL of FIRE, Very Brilliant!
This Statement ring measures 19.62mm North to South and 17.64mm West to East-HUGE and yet delicate!
The weight is 5.40g- nice and solid. The finger size is 7 1/4( sizable).
The band is 4.30-1.80mm on the bottom, sits very low on the finger - 5.26mm.
This ring is in superb condition with strong original details. This ring is perhaps the nicest original example of early Edwardian design we have had seeing in a long time. Some sign of wear on the mount. Consistent with age.
