Antique 0.37 Carat Diamond and 14k Yellow Gold Pendant circa 1910

A stunning, fine and impressive antique 0.71 carat diamond, 14k yellow gold and platinum bow pendant; part of our diverse diamond drop necklaces collection. This stunning, fine and impressive antique diamond necklace has been crafted in 14k yellow gold with a platinum setting. The pierced and millegrain decorated frame has a tied bow design to the apex, ornamented with eleven eight-cut diamonds. The pendant is embellished with a feature collet set 0.53ct Old European round cut diamond suspended from the lower border of a vertical linear drop. The linear drop articulates from the bow shaped frame, embellished with five eight cut diamonds in a combination of pavé and collet settings. The pendant suspends from a 16" chain via two ring loop attachments to the upper border of the design, securing with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. This pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 14k gold and platinum. This impressive pendant is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report certificate for the feature stone, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones. An exceptional, fine and impressive 14 karat yellow gold locket with a 17 karat yellow gold chain; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This exceptional, fine and impressive antique locket has been crafted in 14k yellow gold. The exceptional yellow gold locket has an oval form, embellished with impressive embossed and chased Burmese style decoration to the domed anterior and posterior covers. The ornamentation to the anterior surface depicts the figure of Krishna* playing the flute, positioned next to a calf, and surrounded by intricate floral motifs. The posterior face of the locket bears the figure of Saraswati** playing a Saraswati veena, with a swan in the foreground of the image and floral motifs encircling the figure. The yellow gold border of the locket is plain and unembellished. This hinged locket opens to reveal two windows, allowing for a personal memento to be stored within. The pendant suspends from a 1920s 17k yellow gold 26" belcher chain via a ring loop to the upper border of the frame. The chain secures with a conventional spring-loaded bolt ring fastening. The exceptional antique locket is hallmarked to the lower border of each cover with the 14k gold fineness mark 585, the importer's mark (RES) and the London import mark date letter for 1979 (E).
