Magnificent necklace with Gradated Rhodochrosite.
Stunning sleek piece created, with super gem quality of gradated Rhodochrosite (8 mm to 15 mm). This necklace is composed by 48 spheres, perfectly carved from natural Argentinian reddish pink Rhodochrosite, The color saturation and the natural veins of all gemstones are perfectly and carefully matched.
This necklace, is composed by the 48 gradated beads, with 46 gold round spacers and a push lock. The combined weight of all gemstones are 645.25 carats.
Have a total weight of 142.80 Grams and lenght of 24 Inches (60 Cm).
Stamped, with the maker's mark and the gold assay hallmark, "18 KT".
Rhodochrosite, draws its name from two Greek words, rhodon meaning rose and chroma meaning color. This legendary stone dates back at to the ancient Inca civilization. Upon discovering the gem in a cave in Argentina, the Incas incorporated the beautiful pink crystals into jewelry. Actually, Rhodochrosite is Argentina’s national gemstone. Colorado officially named rhodochrosite as its state mineral in 2002. It is sometimes called "Rosa del Inca", "Inca Rose" or Rosinca.
Collateral: This piece is accompanied by the GIA laboratory report number 2225181593, stating the Rhodochrosites are natural, with a total weight of 645.25 carats and translucent.
Note: It is very rare and difficult to find a piece like this, where the gems used are of exceptional quality, the measurements, the color and the veins of the stones have been carefully chosen.

Wonderful retro-modernist necklace, created around the 1970's in the northern region of Europe, most probably in Germany or the Netherlands. This colorful and elegant piece has been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish, Fitted with a push boxed security lock and a hinged figure 8 for extra safety.
Embellished with a great selection of natural earth mined gemstones.
Diamonds: Mount with 19 round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.48 carats, white colorless F color, VS-1 Clarity.
Gemstones: Mount with seven round cabochon cuts (17 x 17 x 9 mm) of natural and translucent vivid pink rhodochrosite, with a combined weight of 175.77 carats.
Others: Embellished with seven rondelle elements carved from natural black onyx.
Weight: 105.75 Grams, (67.79 Dwt).
Size: Fit up to 19.5 Inches (50 Cm) and can be sized removing gold links from the back.
