Here’s how it works:

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
• Earn 25,000 points to achieve Silver status

Your Silver, Gold or Platinum status will last at least one calendar year. Status is based on points earned in the previous calendar year and the current year. So, if you earned Silver status in 2023, it will carry over in 2024. If you then achieve Gold in 2024, you will be Gold for the rest of 2024 and 2025.

On January 1, points towards your firm status reset to zero. Any status earned in the previous will carry over to the next year. Remaining cash back points towards your next cash reward under 5,000 will also expire on January 1.

Yes! You’re entitled to up to 30% in net price discounts on furniture and art.

Beyond net price, you can also access quality items at a range of prices and styles, make tax-exempt purchases and negotiate with sellers. Plus, if you find a seller has listed the same item elsewhere for cheaper, we’ll happily meet that price through our Price-Match Guarantee.

Yes! There are two ways to register your resale or tax exemption certificates with 1stDibs to enjoy tax-exempt purchasing:

• Account Information Page: Visit your Account Information page to quickly and easily register your resale and tax-exempt certificates.
• Checkout: When checking out on 1stDibs, you can click to “add tax exempt certificate” to quickly and easily register relevant tax documentation for that purchase.

Once registered, you can visit your Account Information page to manage certificates and renew expired (or soon-to-be-expired) documents.

Please note that Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico require an additional step to validate your tax exemption status, which may take 2 business days to process. If you need to make an immediate tax-free purchase related to one of these states, please contact us.

As part of this policy, you have a minimum of 14 days to send back qualifying items -- even if the seller doesn’t accept returns. Additionally, we’ll cover the restocking fees when you send back a qualifying item within the Trade Return Policy window.

In the rare event your order is not as described, is damaged in transit or fails to arrive, you may be eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 120 days*, depending on your Trade 1st status:

• Bronze: 30 days
• Silver: 60 days
• Gold: 90 days

As a Trade 1st member, you earn one point for every $1 spent on 1stDibs, and upon reaching 5,000 points, you will receive a cash back reward up to $50, depending on your status level. Firms enrolled in Trade 1st Program will earn points when they purchase furniture and art on 1stDibs or by other actions as announced by 1stDibs (e.g. promotions). $1 spent equals 1 point, unless you earn bonus points from other actions.

Rewards are emailed to your firm’s rewards owner, as a digital card and can be used to shop online anywhere -- or distributed to your colleagues for a project well done.

Please note, your reward owner must claim your firm’s reward within 60 days or it is void. Until the reward is redeemed, it is not your property and you have no claim to the reward or the cash value it represents. You can expect to receive your cash reward within 2-4 weeks.

Once you start earning increased cash back rewards, the higher amount will be effective immediately.
