Pair of Italian 19th Century Venetian Mecca and Faux Painted Wall Brackets
About the Item
A striking pair of Italian 19th Century Venetian Mecca and faux painted wall brackets. Each wall bracket is raised by a large beautiful scrolled back support with luxuriant foliate movements. A lovely hammered design extends throughout leading upwards to three scrolled branch like designed supports adorned with striking acanthus leaves. Above are the original wonderfully executed faux painted marble tops framed within elegant mottled borders. All original patina and mecca finish throughout.
