Antique print originating from 'Le Antichita di Ercolano Esposte'. A vast survey of the bronzes, statues, wall-paintings, and monuments of Herculaneum. This monumental work was the first attempt at a definitive catalog of the buildings and antiquities excavated over a period of more than 4 decades at Herculaneum under the patronage of King Charles III.
