A beautiful oil painting depicting sheaves of wheat in a summer landscape. It is a painting by the famous painter Christo Stefanoff. He is known for his mastery of showing light and color.
Christo Stefanoff (1898-1966) was an internationally successful (portrait) painter. He painted landscapes, religious works, war images and many portraits of people, but also stars such as Greta Garbo and royalty such as the Dutch Queen Juliana. Later in life he left for Canada.
