Impressionist style Mid Century acrylic painting on canvas, by noted artist Jules Granowitter, c 1950/1960's. The painting depicts a moorish man in a large turbine. Executed in tonal grays, blue, and red. Jules Granowitter was a working artist, illustrator, and cartoonist, he was born in Brooklyn 1930, and graduated from Cooper Union.
We have acquired a group of Mr. Granowitter's paintings, which had been in storage for decades, and are listing them at Barbarella Home, on 1st Dibs.
