Materials: ash wood, charcoal color, oil, natural wax finish.
Series limited to 250 signed and numbered copies. Each piece of furniture is packed in a wooden box for maximum care.
Sankao coffee table is an elegant, daring and cutting edge piece of furniture based on an evolutionary concept of circular geometries, which grow and develop as a living being until they manage to adapt to an environment and a function. The purity of the original shape is altered through simple transformations. By doing so, both structure and utility are solved maintaining the original essence, becoming a more complex and organic object.

Pablo Vidiella was born in 1984 in Madrid, where he is currently based. Interested in arts, he decided to study Architecture, obtaining the degree in 2013. After that he moved to London, where he started working in a well-known architectural practice, having the opportunity to work in different fields and scales of architecture and design, getting in touch with technical and digital fabrication. Back in Madrid, he decided to train and focus exploring and investigating creation boundaries as a personal challenge until today.

Kaona table arises as an investigation of circular and elliptical geometries through a very simple conceptual sequence of stretching transformations. An ellipse is obtained enlarging a circle, creating a bigger functional surface. By stretching four points of this new geometry four legs start to grow, becoming a new living object. By doing so, the dining area is conveniently lifted from the floor, solving it's structural and functional requirements.

Inspired by plant nature, Kuroba table emerges and grows through various simple operations by transforming three points of a circle. The purity of it's original geometry is subtly altered through an evolutionary process in order to meet its main needs, both functionality and stability.
Material: Krion Solid Surface. It is a material that is warm to the touch and similar to natural stone. It is made of two-thirds natural minerals and a low percentage of high-resistance resins. This composition gives KRION a number of exclusive features: it does not have any pores, it is antibacterial without any type of additive, it is hard-wearing, highly resistant and easy to repair, only requires minimum maintenance and is easy to clean. It is an ecological material, as it can be recycled 100%. Alternative colours are available upon request.
