Continental 19th century Neo-Classical st. Bronze and Malachite side table

About the Item

A handsome and most decorative Continental 19th century Neo-Classical st. patinated Bronze and Malachite side table/pedestal. This wonderful table is raised on four Bronze legs with pawed feet and large acanthus leaves. Each leg is joined by an X-shaped stretcher displaying a central urn with a beaded finial. At the top of each leg is an exceptional lion's head with intricate manes and tassels hanging from their mouths. Above is the original round Malachite top set into the Bronze frame. All original patina throughout.
