Contemporary Jesmonite Side Table - Acacia by Malgorzata Bany.
ACACIA collection takes inspiration from daily cleansing rituals and the process of ntural decay. The construction of these pieces is a very intuitive process of carving away the material and by doing so the foam mould is created.
In such way every mould can be used only once and every piece is complitely unique. In addition, the richly textured body of acacia vessel has been inspired by Japanese Tsukubai - ceremonial washbasins located at the entrance of holy places for visitors to purify themselves.
