About the Item
Antique Keuffel & Esser Drafting Table with Iron Base.. Adjustable height from 30 inches tall to 38 inches tall maybe a little bit more if you push it 24 inches wide original oak top.Retains its original finish .patina, This table is perfectly suited for modern day use and remains as practical and functional as ever. Originally an architect or artist would have used this table to render their work with the requirement that they would need to sit or stand at it for extended periods of time and that it would need to adjust to varying needs. The drafting table can be made to tilt perfectly flat as well as entirely forward with a 90 degree range of motion made possible by the mounting mechanism . The height is made to be adjustable with a telescoping shaft which is secured by a larger rotating thumbscrew fastening mechanism. This feature allows an individual to either sit or stand at the table for an extended period of time.Hand delivery avail to New York City or anywhere en route from Buffalo NY
