Custom Chess Set and Game Table
About the Item
A custom made walnut and maple chess set and game table we commissioned. It is solidly made with squares of curly maple and walnut. The table legs and borders are solid walnut. The chess top flips with an oak veneer on the bottom. The pieces are crafted out solid walnut and maple. The kings are approximate 7 1/4 inches tall while the pawns are approximate 2 inches tall. The pieces are approximate 2 1/2 inches square. Table is 36 inches square and slightly over 30 inches tall. This is a unique and wonderful set. 32 chess pieces, game board and table frame.
While this is new and custom made, there are minor imperfections inherent in the hand crafting process and natural imperfections to the wood.
