19th Century Country French End Table
About the Item
19th Century Country French End Table boasts timeless style and flair, yet exudes a casual charm that will make it versatile for a wide variety of decors! Hand-crafted from solid oak, it features a subtly contoured top with cove and half-bullnose bevel along the edge. The apron is carved on all four sides with a scrolled edge festooned with foliates and centered with a scallop shell, all carved directly into the apron piece. The aprons are affixed to the four cabriole legs via pegged mortise & tenon joints, and the legs are finely carved with shell and foliate motifs to complement the aprons, then tipped with cloven hoof feet for a classic touch.
