About the Item
Custom built to order in our Old Plank wood working department, is an elegant dining table constructed from mahogany, with a hand-applied ebonized finish which allows the elegant grain of the wood to show through. The ebonized dining table was designed with a very thin apron for extra leg room and has a heavy-duty hidden steel sub-frame to prevent sagging. As shown, the ebonized mahogany dining table comfortably seats (14) people and measures 11’ in overall length. You can choose from a myriad of different finishes and in your desired dimensions. The sabots or feet are solid brass and the decorative detail at the top of the legs is gold leaf. The Louis XVI dining chairs are also made by us and are available through 1stdibs.
