An elegant oval writing desk crafted from mahogany, circa 1800. The desk stands on tall, tapered square legs accented with brass profiles, emphasizing its classical design. The smooth, deep apron features a central drawer and additional pull-out writing surfaces on the short sides. The maximum length is 170 cm. Both the writing surfaces and the tabletop are covered in dark green leather with an intricate gold border. A stylish and functional work desk that exemplifies the refined aesthetics and high-quality craftsmanship of the early 19th century.
