Important Cerused Oak Sideboard by Vladimir Kagan for Kagan-Dreyfuss, Signed
Located in Los Angeles, CA
This important piece of design history was not only designed by Vladimir Kagan and handcrafted by Kagan-Dreyfuss in circa 1949 New York... this was also owned by Kagan himself and kept throughout his entire adult life (see provenance notes below).
Each of the two pieces (lower credenza and upper dry bar / hutch) are signed on the back with Kagan-Dreyfuss New York stamps. The expansive size provides exceptional storage and use options.
Kagan-Dreyfuss (Vladimir Kagan's partnership with Hugo Dreyfuss from circa 1950-1960) stamped pieces are amongst the most sought after by collectors and investors of art and design. Furniture with Kagan-Dreyfuss stamps are extremely hard to find and demand exceptional value, and this credenza with hutch is double stamped (one on each piece).
Featuring a cerused oak exterior, with tambour doors on the lower credenza, sculpted handles (which slide to reveal a keyhole, no key is present however can be rekeyed) on the upper hutch...

Credenza / Sideboard from Grey Anodised Aluminium Extrusions, Formica & Birch
By Tino Seubert
Located in London, GB
The Golden Lane sideboard was originally created as a commission for a flat in London's brutalist Golden Lane estate and takes inspiration from its colour blocking facade.
With this sideboard / credenza Tino Seubert continues his exploration in the world of industrial aluminium extrusions and uses their slots as sliding rails for the doors laminated in colourful Formica.
The measurements are 40cm x 170cm x 65cm (W x L x H), feet height 15cm, but are fully customisable. Further levels of storage can be added.

Weave 196, Credenza from Ringvide. Solid Birch wood, natural oil. Scandinavian
By Lukas Dahlén
Located in Visby, SE
Weave 196 Birch natural oil
Birch credenza, made of solid birchwood and laminated birchveneér. Modern yet classic, bold yet modest the cabinet serves as a great example of scandinavian contemporary design. Designed by Lukas Dahlén.
The minimal yet expressive Weave credenza is made of solid birchwood and birchveneér. Inspired by the most common kind of wood and weed weaving the Weave credenza represents an enlarged version of the technique of weaving something soft around a more stable structure. The top and bottom plane of the credenza is held together by sticks kept together like a Windsor chair. Since first shown in Milan 2012, salone satellite, it has received a lot of attention worldwide.
