20th Century Inlaid Wood French Louis XV Style Bureau Desk, 1920

About the Item

French bureau from the first half of the 20th century. Nicely inlaid furniture with floral decorations in palisander, maple, mahogany and fruitwood of excellent quality. The bureau is equipped with a fabric-covered writing top inside with small signs of wear (see photo), two small drawers and a hidden secret compartment (see photo). Furniture of excellent proportions that can easily be placed in different parts of the house. Complete with working key, it shows some signs of age, overall in good condition.
