Early 19th Century mahogany tambour desk

About the Item

Early 19th Century mahogany tambour desk, the cylindrical tambour top opening to reveal a fitting writing interior comprising of central cupboard with three oak lined drawers either side and concave cupboard doors, below the writing area are two mahogany lined drawers with crossbanded drawer fronts and having the original brass engraved swan neck handles, supported on square tapering legs terminating on brass cap and castors. Circa 1820.
