Desk cylinder in mahogany and bronze louis XVI style

About the Item

Very nice desk cylinder in mahogany and bronze louis XVI style executed by PELLAET 31 rue Caumartin PARIS . A very good cabinet maker in this time the desk cylinder has three belt drawers and a large belt drawer lined with finely chiseled bronze,at the four corner of the desk there is four scrapers ,the feet are lined with finely chiseled bronze and its ends with bronze clogs, the top of the desk has a marble surrounded by an openwork bronze belt. the cylinder opens on three drawers in the belt, you have also a leather when the desk is open
