About the Item

Exceptional and rare two\piece set of cabinetry, design attributed to Milo Baughman, for Directional Furniture, circa 1950/60's. This unusual set includes a six drawer dresser, and a companion three drawer case, which can be situated on the dresser, or placed separately elsewhere. The dresser features two banks of three drawers, in a walnut case, with ebonized recessed pulls, on architectural legs, with decorative black tipped feet. The floating case has three drawers, with ebonized recessed pulls, it is not attached to the dresser, but is included in this lot. Shown pictured as it was set up in the original estate. Both pieces are in very fine, clean, original, ready to use condition, showing only light cosmetic wear, normal and consistent with age.
