A fine quality late 18th century Sheraton period demilune commode, boxwood and ebony strung throughout, having Coromandel wood crossbanded top with central scroll, shell and husk panel above Coromandel crossbanded frieze with boxwood fan inlays. The piece, having crossbanded panelled mahogany doors supported on slender, square tapering legs.
