Art Deco Norman Bel Geddes Enameled Steel Dresser and Mirror, 1930s

An industrial art deco steel metal three drawer chest or dresser and floating mirror designed by Norman Bel Geddes for Simmons Company Furniture circa 1935. Faux bois enamel finish with recessed brushed stainless steel pulls. Pivoting mirror can be angled out/in approximately 45°. Original unrestored condition. Dimensions: Overall - 33.75"W x 20.25"D x 65.25"H Dresser - 33.75"W x 19.25"D x 34"H *Please note: In order for this piece to be shipped securely, it will be sent with the mirror detached. Hardware & simple photo assembly guide included.

    Wear consistent with age and use. Structurally very sound with moderate wear including spots of paint transfer, areas of oxidation/rust (primarily around top edge, on feet & in top drawer), finish loss, discoloration, scuffing & scratching; desilvering & hazing to mirror; unrestored.
