English Regency Mahogany Bookcase or Sideboard in the Manner of Gillows

About the Item

J041 Finest quality English Regency inverted breakfront bookcase or sideboard, having flamed mahogany top with outstanding grain, two display platforms to each end and beaded edge above a shallow frieze also with beaded edge and inverted open section with two height adjustable shelves, all flanked by two cabinet doors with brass grill, working locks and keys both enclosing removable shelf. The cabinet is raised on original carved scroll feet with beaded carving above. Stamped Arrowsmith Ripon.
