Royal House Antiques Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of fully restore vintage circa 1960's hand dyed Whisky brown leather swivel armchairs with matching ottomans Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, it covers within the M25 only for the UK and local Europe only for international, if you would like an accurate quote, please send me your postcode and I’ll provide you with the exact price. This is a super comfortable and very decorative pair of Danish armchairs, they swivel as mentioned and have the original ottomans with really sets them off, I have an original 60's Eames lounge armchair and ottoman at home and this suite is significantly more comfortable Condition wise the leather has been fully refurbished, it was washed back, hand dyed six times, antiqued, sealed, waxed down and polished, its in better than new condition, the chrome bases have been cleaned, some of the black plastic ends are missing but it doesn't really matter Dimensions armchair Height:- 87.5cm Width:- 81.5cm Depth:- 101cm Seat height:- 38cm Dimensions ottoman Height:- 39cm Width:- 52.5cm Depth:- 43cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. The chair comes complete with the original Fritz Hansen stamp which dates the piece to July 1968 The original leather hide had faded back to the pre dyed colour, as such I sent them to my leather polisher who was trained by Ralph Lauren when they rolled out their “at home” division across Europe, Ralph taught him how to restore and colour old leather using traditional techniques.
