About the Item

Italian modern Folding director's chairs black wood and white fabric by Calligaris, 1990s Set of 8 folding director's chairs with black painted wooden structure. The square seat and rectangular backrest are made up of a flap of white fabric, embedded in the structure. Decorative spheres at the end of the backrest. Square armrests. The legs are X-shaped with a small metal insert, which allows the chair to be closed. Produced by Calligaris in approx. 1990s. Good condition, light marks on the wood and metal. The fabric has some stains. A backrest is slightly narrower. Measurements in cm Open chair 54x47x92h 46h seat 68h armrest Closed chair 43x23x68h This chair from the fine Italian manufacture of the mid-1900s has an elegant and beautiful silhouette in its simplicity. It also has a comfortable seat. This seat is suitable both for a formal place such as an office or a waiting room, and for an informal place such as a bedroom, a living room, a dining room or an entrance hall.
