Hand-carved walnut settee, a true example of American craftsmanship, designed and created by David Hentzel. Inspired by the iconic work of Sam Maloof, this piece is not a replica but a distinctive creation that echoes Maloof’s artistry while maintaining its own identity. Exquisite details, such as ebony wood bungs and sculpted spindles, elevate this settee to a remarkable and functional work of art. A matching armchair is available for purchase separately. As David Hentzel is no longer crafting commissioned studio furniture, his pieces have become increasingly rare and collectible.
