MCM Turquoise Vinyl Faux Leather Spring Rockers Style of McKay and Rock-A-Chair

About the Item

Fantastic pair of Mid-Century Modern turquoise vinyl or faux leather spring rockers style of McKay Furniture and Rock-A-Chair. Comprised of the original turquoise vinyl or faux leather, a wood frame, and black painted metal springers. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The wood legs have been restored and the metal springers have been painted black. One chair has a very small ¼ inch tear on the inside back vinyl that we have glued together, it also had a couple little nicks in the vinyl on the corner of the seat which have been glued and touched up. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa, 1940-1950’s. Time to get things ROCKIN’!!!!! They are comprised of a wood base and frame with black painted metal springers in a cantilever style design that gives just the right rocking motion to rest away the stress of the day. They wear their original turquoise faux leather fabric with button detail on the back and the wooden arms are ergonomically located, padded, and covered in vinyl for additional comfort. They would be beautiful in your mid-century modern sitting room with a small table between them or maybe in your living room on each side of your sofa. Mid-Century Modern High Back Rocker Rocking Chair

Lovely Mid-Century Modern high back rocker comprised of an oak frame and the original nubby rust and gold chenille fabric. This rocking chair is in beautiful condition, keeping in mind that it is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The original fabric on the rocker has wear on the ends of the arms and some of the loops are clipped. Will need reupholstered eventually and is priced accordingly. Oak frame has been newly refinished, and we re-glued the seat joints & reinforced for longevity. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections.
