Phillip Lloyd Powell 'New Hope' Lounge Chair

Lounge chair by American designer Phillip Lloyd Powell c.1960s, USA. The 'New Hope' lounge chair, named after the city he began his business, features a hand sculpted walnut frame with curved arm rests, four dowel legs and meticulously beautiful joinery. The seat cushion and back have been newly upholstered with new black leather seat strapping. Dimensions 29.5" width x 34" depth x 33" height; 20.5" arm height, 17.5" seat height. Condition Excellent restored condition; walnut base professionally refinished. Newly upholstered and strapped.
