Designed by the incomparable Danny Ho Fong in 1970 this fascinating larger than life slipper chair is arguably one of his greatest creations. A pioneer in the use of organic materials like rattan and bamboo this "wave" chair is a prime example of Fong's brilliance and audacity. Built from solid bamboo and expertly fastened to a HEAVY solid steel frame this extraordinary chair was built to last the test of time. Graceful in shape and bold in it's scope this chair is perfect for collectors and designers searching or an original Fong piece that can anchor the importance of any space but especially natural spaces like patios and gardens.     Wear consistent with age and use. This fabulous wave chair by Danny Ho Fong is in 100% original, vintage condition and has aged to perfection. The solid bamboo composition is in very good shape showing only minor signs of where/patina such as mild discoloration and fading but showing.
