A very stylish original lounge chair, recliner, rocker, armchair, designed by Arnt Lande for Stokke Mobler, Norway, circa 1960. This "Combi Star" chair has just been professionally re-upholstered in a high quality mid century style fabric. The chair can be used as a recliner, rocker or armchair. The frame is made of teak and has sculpted 'boomerang' shaped arms, the chair is raised on tapered legs. Lovely Mid-Century Modern high back rocker comprised of an oak frame and the original nubby rust and gold chenille fabric. This rocking chair is in beautiful condition, keeping in mind that it is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The original fabric on the rocker has wear on the ends of the arms and some of the loops are clipped. Will need reupholstered eventually and is priced accordingly. Oak frame has been newly refinished, and we re-glued the seat joints & reinforced for longevity. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections.
