Set of four dining chairs, oak, fabric, France, 1950s Captivating in both form and material usage, these French dining chairs resonate with the design principles that were prevalent during the 1950s and 1960s. These chairs share a design ethos akin to the creations of the collaborative duo Jacques Chambron and Robert Guillerme. This model embraces a sculptural profile defined by intricately carved elements that shape its design. The backrest features a triangular construction with upward-pointing corners and an open central space. The tripod base is comprised of three elegantly tapered legs, gracefully extending downward. This striking interplay of volumes and dynamic design elements makes it a visual statement in one's interior. Please note that this item is in good, used condition with visible signs of age and use. The wooden framework exhibits wear and the fabric contains stains. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier.
