Drape Carved Shield Back Chairs, Set of 10

About the Item

These Drape Carved Shield Back Chairs are sold as a set of 10, featuring two arm chairs and 8 side chairs. This is one of our most popular chair sets. The chairs feature an arched crest rail at the top which itself rests over top a drape carved back splat and sharply curved side rails to form the classic shield shape found in many Federal style chairs. Scrolled and curved arms ending in fine rosette carvings lend support while seated in the arm chairs. The serpentine shaped chair seat frame echoes the shape of the crest rail while reeded and tapered front legs culminate in an elegant spade foot. The Drape Carved Shield Back Chairs have all of the bells and whistles you could ask for in a traditional design that will never go out of style. Arm Height approximately 27.5 inches and seat height approximately 20 inches. Arm Chairs measure 23w x 22d x 39h Side Chairs measure 22w x 21d x 39h Set consists of 2 Arm and 8 Side Chairs
