About the Item

1950’s French Faded Upholstered Dining Chairs – Set Of Four. We don’t know much about the history of these unusual chairs, clearly there are two pairs that make up the set but we bought them like this, the upholstery matches and the overall colour, construction and condition suggest they have spent many years as a set of four. We have left the faded original upholstery. Unusual French chairs with lots of character in a rich original colour. All our chairs pass through our workshop where they are serviced, cleaned and waxed ready for their second life. Seat Height: 45cm. Workshop Report: Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
