Antique French Style Paint Decorated And Gilt Fauteuil
About the Item
A fine and decorative early 20th century French fauteuil with a fine green painted and gilt carved frame with guilloche bands on the oval back, arms and seat rail and having a carved bow and ribbon crest and olive leaves on the seat rail. Raised on square fluted and tapering legs. It is upholstered in a custom golden brown on white geometric print fabric.
Dimensions: 40" high x 26" wide x 25" deep x 21" high seat
Condition: Please review the detail photos. There is some wear to the arm ends and slight chips to the legs and oval back frame edges mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is colorful and fine.
