English Oak Hall Storage Settle Bench, 18th C.

About the Item

English oak settle hall bench, 18th c. This bench features scrolling foliate carved crest, over paneled back, curved arms on turned supports, removable seat cushion above hinged seat, opening to interior storage, rising on conforming base, some wood loss and restorations commensurate with age. Bench cushion is in good condition. May benefit from new upholstery. Dimensions approx 38.5"h, 72.5"w, 26.5"d seat height: 19"h Acquired at a European estate auction in Texas in 2023.
