About the Item
This 21st century bench is designed by working with a sculptural approach on two materials: solid wood and cast bronze. The wood is sculpted, creating an arc of soft yet firm lines that create the structure of the object. The cast bronze seats with sharp lines sit delicately on the wooden body. It is manufactured in a limited edition of 150 signed and progressively numbered examples. The bench is part of the collectible design language Bayou that has been developed by the Edizione Limitata's art research team in Milan. The idea of sculptural woodworking and ancient metal casting technique inspired them and the Italian knowledge makes it possible.
Limited edition of 150.
Every piece has a marked and progressively numbered metal plate, as authenticity certificate.
