Late 19th Century Empire Mahogany Arm Chairs

About the Item

A pair of antique Empire style armchairs. The armrest and legs are made of solid mahogany, the backrest is made of veneered mahogany. An elegant design with curved armrests and tapered Sabres leg. The construction is in good and solid condition, and the dimensions of the seats make them particularly comfortable. Made in France, circa 1880-1890.
