Italian Armchair in Bright Red

About the Item

Armchair, beech, faux leather, Italy, 1950s Easy chair designed in Italy. The influence of Ponti’s philosophy and the Italian modern movement is very noticeable in this chair. This is for instance discernible in the armrests and the open, sculptural character of the construction. Furthermore, the chair features playful elements such as the bright red faux leather that creates a nice contrast with the wood.
