Traditional Antique Horizontal Panels Khotan Runner Wall-Hanging
About the Item
This antique, circa 1890, Khotan runner features a field with horizontal polychrome panels each with a vase issuing various fruits and floral motifs, the arched panels above with small flowerheads, each panel surrounded by a narrow dot-motif band and by a brick-red band with a shaded steel-blue key-pattern, outer polychrome zig-zag polychrome panel stripe and plain brick-red and steel-blue stripes.
