Chinese Sinkiang Geometric Rug, Khotan Xinjiang Province (East Turkestan). A carpet of dyed wool pile on a cotton foundation, a mixed berry palette in hues of purple, salmon, red, and cream outlined in brown, a striking central double floral diamond pattern, edged in a band bearing alternating floral and diamond patterns. Fading, some losses to the end fringe and consistent medium wear overall, good condition. 4 ft. - 6 in. x 8 ft. - 7 in. 9lbs.
