Large Indian Brass Elephant Form Umbrella/ Cane Stand
About the Item
An intricately decorated Indian Cane/Umbrella stand with good weight and great exotic style. A kneeling elephant with decorative trappings supports a flower in its raised trunk. The vessel above has decorated panels in relief with floral vines and fish flanking winged deities under the broad scrolled rim band.
Dimensions:H. 20 1/2", Diam. top 12", W. 18"
Condition: Please see detail photos. Good vintage condition with some verdigris on the rim and tarnishing to the interior not affecting the lively and rich presentation.
