19th Century English Oak & Brass Cane / Umbrella Holder 8FT Victorian Hotel

About the Item

English, 19th century. A highly unusual and likely custom made for a high-end Victorian hotel, this 8FT long cane or umbrella stand is constructed with an oak frame in three main sections. The body has brass poles to separate the sections for individual users if used in retail or for family members. Base can be used for shoes too as an excellent entryway piece. Measures: 96.5" w, 10" d, 28.625" h. Provenance: Previously from a Rhode Island hotel.
