About the Item
Excellent pair of side or table lamps, made of metal in France, in the shape of a mushroom, an icon of 20th-century design. Simple structure, an austere shaft supports a hemispherical or mushroom-shaped shade. The base is also composed of a simple circle that interacts with the shade. It's reminiscent of Verner Panton's iconic "Flowerpot VP3," which revolutionized modern Nordic design in the mid-20th century, not only for its shape but also for its use of color, a bold and personal shade that filters the light. In this case, mustard adds quality to the space, as well as being one of the most widely used colors in mid-century interior design.
