Pair of Renaissance Revival Five-Arm Candelabra Mounted as Lamps

About the Item

A fine pair of Renaissance Revival bronze candelabra, now mounted as lamps. Each slender stem supporting five scrolling arms linked by chains, the trefoil platform base modeled with three female heads above paw feet, on a finely beveled and shaped Rouge Griote base These candelabra are most unusual in the exuberance and variety of their ornament. There are faces, a decorative frieze, busts, and pierced scrolling panels. The overall effect is very stylish.They are surmounted by custom made pleated shades.
