About the Item

A Rare Pair of Italian Midcentury Modern Table or Desk or Bedside Lamps attributed to Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce, Italy, circa 1950. The lamps have an iconic design, lines, and forms and color palette. Both the bases and reflectors are angled: the brass bases are in a dramatic tripod form and the white enameled metal reflectors also have distinctive forms. The lamps are small masterpieces of exquisite design. Each piece is wired for 1 candelabra socket.
