Famille Verte Reticulated Porcelain Antique Chinese Wedding Lantern Lamp

About the Item

Antique hand painted Chinese Reticulated Wedding Lantern lamp. . Beautiful multicolor floral scenes with solid floral decorated roundels in the center of alternating reticulated panels. Featuring a hexagonal base supporting an elongated ovoid form lantern with a crenellated rim. Six reticulated verte-colored panels with circular medallions mid center depicting a blooming plant. Panels are bordered in floral famille verte. Mounted on incised hexagonal brass base. Lamp is electrified. Every effort has been made to ensure accurate descriptions; photos should be considered a part of the item description. Appears to be Chinese late Qing period. Details: *Wired for US; takes a standard bulb, 75 watts max *Corded Dimensions: 16” H to socket base x 5.5” W.
