Single Mirrored Light Box Sconce by Raak of Amsterdam
About the Item
Known as the Raak 'Breukreliëf' (model C 1517), this sconce is sculptural illumination in the form of a light box. A square mirror is surmounted by uneven pieces of jagged glass and mounted on a metal frame with two light bulb sockets. The jagged slabs of glass act as diffusers for the back-lighting.
